~Ordering Info~
Do you have your own web-site or retail store?
I sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. A copy of your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate on file.
~Use of Graphics~
You may use pictures from my web-site associated with the product that you are using for re-sale on your own web-site. Please inform me of which pictures you intend to use.
You may also use your own pictures of my product that you personally take. You do not need to give credit to Melt My Heart for pictures that you use from my web-site.
I am required through my licensing agreements with the graphic artists whose art I use to create my products, to include credit back to them on all items using their art. Some items have credit printed on the item itself, however this does not interfere with the integrity of the item. Other items will have a label on the packaging with credit to the artist.
~Private Labeling~
I will add your Private Labeling to certain items. For example: Notecards can have your company information printed onto the back of the card. There is a small fee for private labeling that will pertain to each category of product.
Please note that Private Labeling is not available on all wholesale items.

~~Returns~~
I have a 30 day Limited* Return Policy.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it, at your own expense, for a store credit. *Items that have had private labeling are not returnable.
Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed.
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to file a return claim.

~Wholesale Agreement~
By submitting your wholesale order, you, the purchaser, automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
~~Payment Info~~
I gladly accept Visa & MasterCard.
I also accept PayPal where you may use American Express, Discover, Visa, & MasterCard. Debit and direct bank draft.
~Minimum Ordering Policy~~
All first time wholesale orders will have a $50 minimum and all reorders require a $25 minimum. I do have a minimum on my products also. Those minimums will be listed within each item description.
~Shipping~
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are made in the order they are placed. Generally shipping will be faster, you will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
I do offer international shipping, please contact me for a shipping quote before you place your order.
~Insurance~
I strongly recommend insurance on all orders. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders caused by shipping.
